Projects of Saifrood Unity and Aid Organization

Saifrood Unity and Aid Organization Projects Overview

At Saifrood Unity and Aid Organization (SAO), we implement various programs and initiatives to address critical social issues and empower individuals and communities. Our work focuses on key areas such as:

  • Providing cash assistance to 200 households affected by floods in Ghor (funded by CISU).
  • Enhancing staff capacity and environmental initiatives in Firozkoh (supported by Afghanaid).
  • Distributing greenhouses and renovating livestock stables for 300 households (UNDP-Afghanistan).
  • Supporting health and education for 5,000 individuals in Ghor and Badghis (in partnership with Globuspuljen).
  • Supplying educational and medical resources to 100,000 patients (through Genbrug til Syd).
  • Delivering assistance to 200 internally displaced households (funded by CISU & DERF in 2022).
  • Implementing a media project funded by USAID (2014-2015) that reached 2,000,000 viewers.
  • Empowering youth through sports programs and providing urgent aid to 300 families after the Herat earthquake.

These projects reflect SUAO’s commitment to improving education, healthcare, disaster relief, and community development across Afghanistan, ensuring long-term impact and sustainable change.
